BRINGING TOGETHER THE BRIGHTEST MINDS IN THE INDUSTRY

BRINGING TOGETHER THE BRIGHTEST MINDS IN THE INDUSTRY

who we are

We are a growing team of driven and skilled engineers, architects, builders, and manufacturers. We remove construction from the chaos of the job-site, placing it directly into our controlled manufacturing facilities. Our production workers generate more, with less physical labor, and better safety.

We further leverage this efficiency by cutting out unnecessary markups on both labor and material. We buy material from the component or commodity manufacturer. We manufacture our modules. We deliver them to our project-site and place them. That’s it.

vertically integrated to the core

Our success depends on a technically savvy, experienced team working in sync to develop real estate and build buildings. Creating value through vertical integration relies on a unique skill set, which includes the ability to work cohesively as a group with professionals from many different backgrounds, excellent communication, and consistent re-iteration. Few building professionals can claim first-hand knowledge of field construction methods, structural engineering competence, mechanical and electrical engineering understanding, and construction costs.

The RAD Urban's team applies engineering insights, drawing on in-the-dirt construction experience to identify more efficient ways to build buildings. This skill set, combined with an outstanding and credentialed team of professionals who subject each project to comprehensive review and technical analysis, eliminates waste and inefficiency, and identifies opportunities to optimize and improve the company’s buildings.
