6-sided box

Most modules are self-contained 6-sided boxes, with a ceiling, floor, and four outer walls. Although this creates a simple stackable independent box, the walls and floors are twice as thick than they have to be, and what they would be, in traditional construction.

Our modules work together as a system of parts. Excess materials can be removed when modules stack together. The floor of the module above can become the ceiling of the module below, reducing construction costs by 20% and delivery time by 30%.

By applying the principles of just-in-time and lean manufacturing, we avoid overproduction, minimize waste, and achieve double the productivity compared to job-site trades. Standardizing tasks eliminates errors and rework, improving safety, accelerating output, and lowering costs.

The result is turnkey modules, leaving our factories fully finished with appliances in place, ready to plug and play.
